I’ve been to Jiffy Lube before, and this was better by far — no pressure, no upselling, just honest service done right. I was in and out quickly, and everything was clearly explained. I’ll be sending all my friends and family here from now on. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment with this lousy business. I went in at designated time, only to be told it would be an hour before they could even start work. No call to advise me of this. What good is an appointment if the business can't operate well enough to ensure work can start at the agreed upon time? The guy behind the counter could not have cared less. I walked out. Avoid this business if you care about customer service, because they sure don't.
