We have been satisfied with the services provided on all our vehicles for well over 20 years. I recently brought in a friend’s vehicle to replace a battery and starter. The technician explained with genuine concern as to the work being done. Cost was fair and I believe much less expensive than the dealership. They handle many makes and models and are very professional.

Took my work vehicle in for an issue with the headlight constantly going out just months after replacing. Described in detail to this shop what the problem was, they said they removed a bumper to replace the headlight (which isn't even necessary as i replaced it months before) and got charged over $200. Not even 2 full months later it is out again, I will never do business with them again if this isn't made right, very disappointed.

I would not recommend this place. I had a vehicle that sat in another shop for 9 months. So I brought it to Gary’s in hopes they could solve my issue. Nope. It sat at Gary’s for additional 7 months and I called every other week. I always got the same response. “We haven’t started on it yet” as time went on they called me and said they couldn’t fix it and said the vehicle was a lemon. Not true. I eventually got it the care it needed and got it running. Runs like a charm. Before I had taken matters into my own hands. I’ve noticed my hood springs were broken and my coolant tank was completely gone. Also wires were scattered everywhere. Something just does not add up. So just a friendly reminder to everyone that brings vehicles to this place.

I was in a bind to get my inspection done and they took me right away and were friendly and helpful. Quick service! Definitely recommend.

This place was great in a pinch. The staff was easy to work with, but I will say the job was done a bit sloppy. An old O ring was left pinched on my engine cover, and the cover itself was not secured down properly. They were prompt to fix it once I pointed out the problem, but I worry for those less observant that it could cause problems down the line. Always make sure you double check a mechanics work.
