Friendly and prompt staff. Reasonable and accurate estimates, timely services they are some friendly staff. Had a lift installed on my Frontier I couldn't get time to do my self. In the process they promptly notified me the tie rods were bad and couldn't complete the alignment necessary after the lift was installed. Sucks, but it's part of the deal, unknowns happen and they handled it very well. Updated** They didn't know the difference between upper and lower eccentric bolt kits for the lift and didn't install a part of my kit, which I had to inquire on the hardware after the fact. After about a month, the front end was popping and found hardware was loose, no thread lock was applied as per the installation instructions. I had only done highway driving and no off-road driving. We were in Aberdeen for my Grams funeral and Gary's Auto was amazing! I called and they were willing to get the car in right away to diagnose the problem! Good to know some things back home don't change! Small businesses like this are the true definition of hometown service !

Gary's should be everyone's go-to!! Can't recognize them enough for their car repair skills and customer service! I had a little emergency when my car decided to randomly stop accelerating. They took my car in right away, and it was fixed in three hours!! When it was done, one of Gary's workers picked me up to go back to the shop, and I got to ride in the most BEAUTIFUL refurbished Mustang! His crew is very talented and they know what they're doing. They showed me what had happened and EXPLAINED the problem, SHOWED me the problem, plus gave me tips on how to avoid it from happening again! I put my trust in their honesty! His mechanics and crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and give excellent customer service! I truly appreciate their help! PLUS, they have a shop dog, and she's adorable!!
