Les Schwab Tire Center

Les Schwab is a crappy business and will screw you every chance they can. They will charge you over double for anything you get, whether it be for parts or labor (don't believe me, research it yourself). I thought I would give them a chance since so many people on here were giving them raving reviews. A week ago, I went there for a vibration going on with my vehicle and got an alignment done. They did the alignment and then told me I needed new struts for my front and gave me a quote. I kind of had figured I would need new struts but was overwhelmed with the quote they gave me. I did some research, and found they were trying to charge me a little more than double per side. I researched many different places that sell auto parts including O'Reily's, Napa, and Hedahl's. Had to replace the upper control arm on my truck. I had to leave for a family road trip the following day and was in a bit of a bind. The staff offered to stay open late to fix the problem. After the wonderful service we received purchasing our new set of tires, we knew that when we had suspension problems we should check with Les Schwab. We needed new struts and shocks. Again the Aberdeen team exceeded our expectations, even staying open an extra bit to complete the job and tire rotations rather than having us wait for the next morning. Dustin ML was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They're honest and back up their warranties. I went there shortly before they closed, and they were still able to quickly solve my issue. I'm very happy with the service and the tires. Thank you so much to the whole crew 💗❤️💓
