I have utilized them several times for my Subaru after its dealership warranty has ran out and they have always taken care of of my car in an timely manner and saved me a lot of money over going to the dealership. good credit, bad credit, no credit. false advertisement!. I tried to get a car through them a good while back and I felt I was judged because I worked at McDonald's at the time. he told me he'd have to pay a loan company to accept me... I'm a person that has no bills in life besides my babysitter. I own my own place ECT. I didn't have any credit at the time because I've always straight out bought stuff, I've never had any kind of loans before. 2 weeks after they told me I wouldn't be able to get a loan, I went to Cotter's on the Creek road and instantly was accepted for a loan through them. I'm extremely happy with the same car I was trying to get through Gary's and I now have a credit score. And a good career with my new job. Thanks to Cotter's!

I bought a Subaru from them last winter. A year later, I made an appointment due to a noise I heard coming from the vehicle. First they took it for a test drive to get an idea of what was wrong, amd then they booked me an appointment. They took care of me, got a loaner for me, and everything was covered under the warranty. I couldn't be happier with my service from them. They have gone above and beyond for me.

My car was on it's way out and I was headed to the west coast for a seasonal position for the summer. I bought a Subaru from here about 3 weeks before I was set to travel across the country. It ran perfect with no issues the whole way out, it held up for all my adventures while out there and the entire drive back. The AC did break my 2nd day into my drive out there though, and the car came with a 30 day warranty but I was no where near home when it broke. I had a family member call them due to time zone issues and ask if they would still cover it even when I wasn't home. When i came home a few months later, they were super nice about it and honored their warranty and fixed my AC!! The car now has driven back across the country yet again for work. I love it!
