Gaskell's Towing

On 2/24/2026 my 2021 Acura RDX was towed by this company from I-195 West near Exit 20 during a snow event. I was informed that the vehicle was first pulled from the rear out of the snow and then transferred to a flatbed. Prior to the tow, the rear bumper was not damaged and the vehicle had no vibration issues. I had recently installed brand new tires and completed a full alignment. When I retrieved my vehicle, there was a crack in the rear passenger bumper under the taillight and the vehicle now vibrates at speeds over 40 mph. When I contacted the company to report the damage and request insurance information to file a claim, I was told they are not responsible and they refused to provide their insurance carrier information. I was in a tough spot, got my new truck stuck on a rock wall after sliding on ice. My Truck literally got stuck on top of a rock. Ray's Towing came out and recommended Gaskell's come out and grab my truck with a crane cause there was no exterior damage and it's a brand new truck. They came at the time they said they'd be there, quick and friendly. They got my truck off the rock wall with the crane in no time. My insurance company was being difficult but Jeremy was communicating with me the entire time and finally got it straightened out. Thanks Gaskell's for saving my truck!

Needed a tow at 7 am on a Sunday… They answered my call immediately and tow truck arrived in 30 minutes, cost $150. Thank you for quality, reliable service.
