This is the best shop I have ever been to. Trust me, I’ve had my share. Many places have tried to take advantage of a young woman like me. But the men here are honest and good. You will not find me at another shop from now on.

I took my recently purchased 2003 Lexus RX 300 in to have a list of work that I wanted to have done, including the timing belt as I didn't see a sticker when I looked under the hood to check if it had been replaced. A few hours after I left the car at the shop, I got a call with them telling me that they found a sticker with the mileage the Timing belt replacement had been completed. This is the kind of honesty that instantly earned them my future business as I go through this car and have all of the old car issues and things neglected fixed and deferred maintenance completed. This is easily a $2k job that they could have simply ordered the parts and completed without me being any wiser. Their honesty erased the single most expensive item on my list at their expense. Gasper's Garage has been my go to for several years. The first time I met him he fixed a problem on my car that had already been fixed by a well known chain that used parts to my car that didn't belong. He charged me a third of what the other place charged me. He has never once tried to sell me on something that isn't needed and always explains in great detail what needs done to my car before he does it. He even helped me find a different car when my car needed a whole new engine and wasn't worth the money as it was an older car! Jim and his lady are the best around! I have read the bad reviews and I have never once had a bad experience with them in the years I've dealt with them! Thank you Gasper's for being one of the few honest mechanics out there!!! You guys are the best!

2 experiences with this place and I'm absolutely blown away. Jim is an absolute well of mechanical knowledge and you just can't help but be impressed with what he knows about cars. But the biggest and best thing I can say is he's a great person. He's a great communicater and he goes above and beyond. He helped me out without hesitation on an issue. He didn't have to but he did. That sums it up. Definitely recommend him.
