I had the same experience with Mr. Trey Harper. The little girl there who sits in the office behind the fish tank was extremely rude. She does’t want customers asking questions about their car she will immediately tell you to take your car out of the shop and when I got my car back after two long weeks just to replace the broken glasses I found many small paint chipping on the area that they worked on and a scratch on my front passenger door. 👎

I wanted to take the time to let everyone know in a day when you can't seem to find a positive experience in customer service, you will definitely find it at the Toyota Collision Center of Gastonia!! While being in an accident is no fun, from beginning to end everyone was so helpful and took such a personal interest in making my experience as positive as possible. Ashley, who did my estimate, did an outstanding job giving an accurate estimate and explaining everything to me, and making me feel like I mattered. I got my car back much faster than I thought it would be and it looks amazing!! Thanks again for an awesome experience in an otherwise not so great circumstance!

I will forever go here for body work! I’ve worked with Ashley and mark before and they truly are the best! I had a difficult time with caliber collision in Belmont with not getting my parts on right but they took the time and went above and beyond! Go here for your repairs great warranty!

I could not have been more impressed with the team at Toyota Collision Center. Parts have been on back order due to circumstances out of their control. They did everything they could to ensure I was aware of shipping dates and arrival times. There was one part that still hasn't come in, but this team understood my need for a car and went above and beyond to waterproof and make my vehicle safe to drive until the part does come in. I am forever grateful for their kindness and will always use them (hopefully not because of another wreck anytime soon) due to their wonderful customer service and quality workmanship.

Extremely rude. One of the office workers, the estimator, spoke to us like we were children and smirked when we asked questions. We then decided to move the car to a local shop that had a better lead time and they charged us a $70 storage fee for the car being there for 1 day! Beware using this shop. Edit: Estimator spoke to tow driver and told him “oh well, it’s one less a**hole we have to deal with” Don’t give your business to folks who don’t want it.
