Gastonia Nissan

I had been wanting to do a trade in for awhile and finally got to a point that I could and chose to go to Gastonia Nissan. When I got there they immediately assisted me and Miss Lola took such great care of me! She was super fast and professional and answered any questions I had. She made the process so easy and comfortable it was like buying a car from a friend! I couldn't be happier with my experience and finally getting the car I actually wanted and loved. Miss Lola is amazing and so is the other staff and for any vehicle I choose to get in the future I will be going back!

Never write reviews, but have to say my wife and I have bought multiple vehicles from them. The sales team is great, especially Jimmy who seems to work with us to get the best deal and is patient/personable. Additionally, the service department, specifically their manager Tyler has been consistently excellent. They are fair, do good work, and will make it right. Awesome experience overall. Funny enough I’m not a bot or a paid reviewer but one good turn deserves another.

Jonathan greeted us professionally, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond with his customer service. He made the entire experience smooth and stress free. Our grandson absolutely loves his new car, and we couldn’t be happier with Jonathan as our salesman. As newcomers to the area, we really appreciated how welcoming and helpful he was. We will definitely recommend both this dealership and Jonathan to our friends and family.
