GATE Express Carwash

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE your expensive vehicles here unless you are ready to have something damaged and for them to tell you they don’t assume responsibility. Carwash is very rough to say the least, ripped my running board right off. Broke the metal brackets and they sent me an email a few days later saying they don’t assume any responsibility and are not even willing to buy the part that their carwash broke. Also the cab corners on my roof got scuffed up badly from the spinning wraparounds to the point where the clearcoat is hazy. BE WARY OF THIS PLACE!!

First and absolutely LAST time bringing my truck to this car wash ! First the kid didn’t even try to guide me onto the track then didn’t even direct me to go into N (neutral) thankfully I know how the process works , but then the machines ripped and scratched my mirror off my truck ! Bunch of teens working here and well they acted very professional but no real leadership on the property you just get a card that someone will contact you here’s photos of my truck and the damage the Gate Car wash caused ! I have attached the email that they don’t accept responsibility for the damages , please avoid this place at all cost

I came in this morning around 9. Did the “platinum wash” and then parked to vacuum my interior. I noticed that my vehicle was covered in soap spots that had not been rinsed off so I went to the office to ask for a microfiber cloth to finish the job. The girl in the office said “sorry we can’t do that” and that was it. Not even an offer to take it back though the wash to get the soap off my paint. I said “ok thanks” walked out and that was it. No help offered, no solution to a simple issue. I couldn’t help but feeling like I was interrupting them from their cell phone break in the office and they couldn’t be bothered for 30 seconds to assist. If it’s a liability thing to not allow a customer to use a cloth from the car wash, then fine. At least offer to take the car through the wash again t

Great car wash. Always has fresh clean towels. Facility is clean and attendants are helpful and friendly!

Stop with the bug treatments. Seriously. It literally holds up the entire line. 3 or 4 cars could get through in the time that they do one of these treatments. Today I had back-to-back people in front of me opting for these treatments. Meanwhile, the line goes from four cars to 15 cars deep in a matter of minutes. People are busy and one person log jams the entire line. I seriously want to cancel my membership based on this inconvenience alone.
