Zero willingness to work with me. Starts with friendly salesman rhetoric. Not at all able to compromise. 2 questions in caught complete attitude! No professionalism. Waste of time. I'd give zero stars if rating was available. Avoid.

My husband and I bought our first car together here. Absolutely amazing staff that guided us through the steps of first time buyers. Texas is so sweet and wants to help customers get the best deal. Thank you all!!

I’m super sad to write this review but considering it may save someone else trouble I’m going to… i don’t know if this is just my experience but, i had WONDERFUL interaction with the staff, but i left the dealership with a new car that approximately 29 days after having the vehicle i needed a ENTIRE new engine, new hoses, and belts. So, i now have no car. I’m easy on my things, especially something brand new, it never even got the chance to have the oil changed before it’s check engine light came on completely turned off in the middle of the road. So, like i said, i don’t want to be writing this review and i really did appreciate the staff and the kindness. But im bummed at the situation.

My wife and I had a great experience with Gateway Auto Center. We had been looking for a older truck with lower mileage, and thanks to Craig, he was able to locate us one, which we felt was a really nice truck and a good deal. Thanks Craig…and Larry too, for being “pet friendly” when our black lab, Sam visited! It was really nice to meet you folks!
