Didn't look at my car for 3 days. Was told the day it was brought in, it would be looked at that afternoon. Didn't hear a thing for 3 days. Never gave me a call to let me know what was going. I had to physically go down to the shop because no one would answer the phone. When I got there I got a bogus answer of "well, we're under staffed". Sir, a phone call to let me know what is happening with my vehicle would be nice. I actually had to have my car towed out of this shop to another mechanic who looked at it and got it back to me in 24hrs. First and Last time I will deal with this car shop. I wish I could give a zero star rating.
