From start to finish the time, attention and professionalism was stellar. I didn't realize the tire locks were on my vehicle and the mechanic were through my entire vehicle to find the key. Thankfully he did and you couldn't even tell he had to search for it. I read that my first oil chage was at 10,000 miles, seemed a long time and the service department recommended to change it now at 6000 and then every 5000. Just as I always have. Thank you. I also had a wonderful and informative conversation with the parts department about a second set of floor mats and how to protect the soft top. He had mats coming in that day and found a coupon for me. He also found the spray product to apply to the soft after a car wash to protect it and printed out the information. He dealt with the insurance company and even called the rental company to pick up the vehicle when I picked up my completed truck.
