Gateway Collision and Repair

The only good aspect of the incident my car was in was working with Gateway Collision and Repair. The staff there were considerate and understanding and did all they could to make the experience as quick and painless as possible. I only needed to tell my insurance company where I wanted my car repaired, had it towed to the collision center, and Gateway Collision and Repair took it from there to coordinate with the insurance adjuster and the insurance company. They completed the repair in less time than estimated, detailed the car though they did not have to, and the incredible repair work left no signs at all that my car had ever been damaged. I highly recommend using them. Tonya the collision center manager has fantastic customer service and is one of the sweetest people you will meet. Adam did a phenomenal color match and Wade repaired my vehicle with great attention to detail.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Allen and Ms. Tanya. They were both very informative and understanding of the numerous questions that I had and always provided the best answers. If it were not for the insurance company, they would have been done much faster, as their staff is efficient and caring.
