I had my things to purchase and walked to the counter to pay. The man got on his computer to help a guy that went down the isle. Then proceeded to help him instead of checking me out. I git pissed off and walked out the store. Knowing he should have helped me first.

I usually go there first as they seem to have the best prices and are very helpful when you need it.

I purchased this soldering iron and it worked 2 times, just enough for me to use the very small little coil of solder that came with it. It was maybe 6 inches long if stretched out. When I went to use it the 3rd time only 2 days after purchasing it, the iron wouldn't get hot anymore. I used fresh batteries also but couldn't get it to work. Since it has 1year warranty on front of the package and it was not abused and clearly something broke inside the item, I went to return it with the original packaging and receipt. I explained the problem and the employee started examining the package very slowly from all angles and periodically lookedat me as if to examine me also as he questions my explanation as he acted like he didn't want to refund the purchase.
