Gateway Express Car Wash

I am writing as a LONG TIME CUSTOMER to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your car wash. As a loyal customer since your establishment opened, I have consistently brought my 70s Oldsmobile, purchased in 2015, to your facility due to your high-quality equipment and exceptional care it provides. However, during my visit today, I was unexpectedly refused entry due to the vehicle's pointed nose. It's not a grill it's stamped sheet metal. Well despite having no issues in the past (40 to 50 times) I guess today the equipment is faulty and no longer works as it did in the past. Given the car's length of 226 inches and the now piles of cars behind me, bring told to back out is impractical and posed a significant challenge in this narrow space. And look, 1972 O

Very disappointed with this car wash The top of my vehicle got damaged, my mirrors keep moving outwards and the $22 wash does NOT wash the vehicle correctly. Theirs a bunch of dirt on the hood of the vehicle and also the back. I mentioned this to the employee there few times I've gone and all they say is they can't do anything about it. Today! 2/13/2026 afternoon washed my vehicle and it was stain also there were about three employees that kept looking at me once I noticed the top of my vehicle then it dawned on me why the employees were looking but never mentioned anything to me regarding the top of my vehicle. I tried uploading my pictures but it's not working. I will be going back Saturday morning to personally speak to management... stay tuned.

I think will cancel my membership. Brushes are way too strong bending my mirrors. Number one problem, you need separate membership line! People are just not that smart here the will take sweet time to figure out how payment works while other lane could pass 5 cars. That's a no brainer other car wash offers it too. Still needs Membership Lane!

Car was still a bit dirty after getting the top wash package. Free vacuum was nice, line was long but moved quickly. Prices are fairly reasonable. Location is convenient. Car still has a few dirty spots but is otherwise shiny and looks new.

It was definitely time for a wash as my side mirror literally had cobwebs on it🤦🏼‍♀️🤣Love this place. Quick and efficient. Vacuums work great. The wash always misses a spot on the back of my car for whatever reason but otherwise great!
