2022 Toyota Rav4 taken in for an oil change, low engine oil sensor on my dashboard a couple thousand miles later. After further investigation oil filter was loose. Needless to say none of my vehicles will be returning to this location. I will not let negligent work cost me my engine on a forty thousand dollar vehicle I still owe to the bank. “Hand tight” would be a severe understatement here.

Went through with my Ford ranger and these guys got me in and out pretty quick. They told me everything looked great on my truck, no complaints here with great service like that!

Great place to get your oil changed. I 100% recommend this shop. All they do is care for your vehicles like they are their own. (I am not the owner)

Super fast and friendly service. Had to make an emergency cross-country Trip from Miami, Florida to Dallas, Texas and back to Miami and desperately need an oil change. My vehicle is a high top cargo van and most quick lube cannot fit my vehicle in their bays. Gateway had no problem getting my vehicle in and getting the oil changed. Done super fast. Highly recommend them if you’re in the area.
