Just wanted to give a shoutout to the guys at Gateway Tire in Gallatin! Recently, I’ve dealt with unexpected car issues- replacing all 4 tires, alignment, and replacing front control arms (a $2,000+ repair)- and had to loop in my car’s warranty company. Usually a process that takes weeks, if not months from start to finish- but the guys at Gateway made it happen in a short time, handled all of the warranty junk, and did a great job communicating every step. Special shoutout to Zane and Coleman for working the phones and always keeping in contact on repair status. I went to Gateway Tire in Gallatin because my car was having intermintent issues starting and stalling. We initially thought it might be a standard repair, but it turned out the symptoms were likely related to an active recall on my vehicle. Interestingly, the symptoms I was experiencing weren’t listed in the recall description, even though the dealership later told us they were “textbook signs” of the recalled part failing. Anthony at Gateway Tire went absolutely above and beyond during this process. When the dealership told me I needed a $1,500 engine mount repair before they would even move forward with the recall work. I have been coming to this place for a while and let me tell you this is a great shop! Great customer service. Zane and Coleman were wonderful! They were so amazing to me and really helped me out. They really go above and beyond for their customers. I love working with them every time I come in. This is a great place to have any work done, you can trust them to get the job done. Caught 2 flats (both the main and the donut) from i24 east bound. I called the Gallatin Gateway Auto up and they made sure to get my tire ready for when I got there. Zane & Coleman were very patient and helped me as soon as I got there and got the vehicle in VERY quickly! I love Gateway Auto! (Both Clarksville and now Gallatin). 10/10

I am so glad I found this shop with the reviews. Walked in and they helped me out. Very nice people. I don't think they take advantage of people. That was my fear. This will be my go to place moving forward. :) Zane was very nice and so was the mechanic (did not know his name) explained to me my issue. Try them out if you have any issues.
