Gateway Tire & Service Center

My wife and I went by this location for a simple rotation and balance. It was a Saturday and we arrived shortly before 11:15 am. The store closes at 12:30 so we had plenty of time for the service. We asked the gentleman up front about getting the service we were told it would be Monday before they would be able to get it done. This is the second time at two different locations where we have had issues getting a balance and rotation that we have paid for on both of our vehicles. We have spent well over $2,000 getting tires for both of our vehicles in the past year and purchasing the lifetime balance and rotation. I asked the gentleman if we needed an appointment to get this done and he said it was done on a first come/first serve basis. The last issue we had I arrived at 7:35 am right after

A few months back I went to Gateway for new tires. Picked some out and they were installed. After a bit I noticed a vibration. I went back and they checked and rebalanced what needed done. After a couple more months I again had the vibration. I went back and they put all new tires on. Shortly after that I again picked up a vibration. They jumped thru hoops trying everything but nothing helped. They installed a new set of another kind and all vibration was gone. These folks know what it takes to make things right. No questions, no giving up, no I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do. Clint Terry made it happen. Outstanding job sir. You will have all of my business as long as I’m in need of tires. Thank you for being an outstanding person.

This is was the best experience at Gateway tire I have ever had. They could have refused my service because I walked in at 5:15 and the store closes at 5:30 but they didn’t and I am so grateful they didn’t. The staff were easy going and very outgoing and friendly.

I always receive excellent customer service at this Gateway Tire & Service location (4719 US Hwy 51 ). The employees are friendly and helpful. If the cannot fix it they will recommend someone that can.

Worst store in the Gateway system.poor customer service, was told when I called there was a 2 hour wait Came right over, no cars in the bays or parking lot. After a 2 hour wait for easy service I fiqured out why they do very little business . Will never visit the store again.
