This is guna be lengthy but it has a point. My dad died a few years back(18 years as a Marine n then a truck driver)and left me his truck. before he passed he alao dropped a new crate motor n transmission in it. So I dont take it out very often. Take trash off. Maybe pick up large things from the store or help ppl move . I wrk 12hrs most days n dont have time to change the oil.not once has this truck had an oil leak. I went here thinking I could get an oil change and instead all I've gotten is a headache and questions. I recently Installed new ball joints and tie rods on my vehicle a 1991 toyota pickup 2wd. I needed a alignment after installing those new parts so I took it to gateway to get a alignment. I chose gateway because they had done a alignment to the same vehicle in 2021 for $60 no extra. I called them a few days before and asked the the price for a alignment they asked for a make and model, i gave it to them and they gave me the price of 89.99 plus tax no other additional charges. I waited around a hour for them to call me up and they told me that I would have to pay extra by the hour for them to adjust my camber/caster because it is different from modern day vehicles and more difficult.
