I never updated my review from 2018 so I’m doing it now. I have no clue how this place is still able to operate after all this time, let alone have 4 stars. I bought a 2011 Explorer from them in February 2018, and the picture shows me towing it back to the bank in May 2018. The engine blew with no warning lights whatsoever. Like many of said, I originally was approved for a dodge charger but of course a day later when I came to pick it up it was gone. Then they convinced me to buy the gem. The all wheel drive didn’t work, had a bad power steering pump, and was crudely painted with overspray everywhere. I was told that they would make all the repairs and I would get a loaner since I lived almost 2 hours away. Took off work and made the drive and was told to get lost by Eric and that I was l
