I just recently got all four of my shocks replaced here, and paid for an alignment as well. They did not do an alignment lol. I’ve heard numerous bad reviews from this location and tried to give it my own unbiased experience. Unfortunately, the rumors were true. They did a great job on the shocks, but charged me for something I did not get. I will never go back here again and I recommend you go anywhere else as well. I have attached a picture of the alignment after having to go to Les Schwab so they can fix it… It is what it is, but please go elsewhere. The staff was nice though! P.S.- A very nice lady called me and refunded me for the $90!!! Very incredible and I am very grateful for that! I bumped it up to 3 stars! Whooooo whoooo!!!

Took my Vehicle which they had for close to three months put parts on my vehicle that I didn’t ask for Told me I would have my vehicle the next day three days later went down. They still hadn’t even worked on my vehicle way overcharge me one of the worst places in Great Falls. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will do nothing but badmouth them. I also paid for an alignment, which I never did get had to take it to another place very very unhappy with this place

Excellent service. They saved the day for us. Traveling from St. Louis Missouri to Spruce Grove Alberta, 2 hours out of Great Falls the hood latch on the Jeep broke off. The Jeep dealer would not even call me back. Gear Grabbers came to the rescue. Got the part and as soon as we arrived they took in the Jeep. 30 minutes later, with a very fair bill, we were back on the road. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Thank you Thank you Thank you ❤️ and, they even made our Yorkie Chaser feel welcome. Wish I could give you 10 STARS!

Like my fiance said in her review, we were on day three of a long road trip when several hours from Great Falls a truck passed going the opposite direction and the gust of wind (along with the naturally high winds today) popped one of the hood latches on the jeep. We managed to do a temporary fix and did a search on who might be able to help in Great Falls, Gear Grabbers Garage was the first place on the list. A couple phone calls and we headed there first thing. They managed to get a replacement and install it right when we arrived at a very reasonable price. Bonus for the dogs, cats, rabbits, and friendly service where even our little Yorkie was welcomed inside. We're so grateful to get it fixed and get us to our hotel for a good rest before a hopefully less stressful drive tomorrow. Y'a

I had a broken axle shaft stuck in the differential. Luke and his team was able to remove it without damaging anything. I was told by another local shop that they couldn’t save my axle and they would have to replace the whole assembly, which would’ve costed 9k. Luke essentially saved me 8k. Since then I’ve taken my jeep in for some quick fixes and upgrades. Steering box, shocks, alignment. I also brought it in to have him nut and bolt check everything, before I go rock crawling. Very satisfied with their work!
