Friendly competent service. I really love the text communication with updates. The way they also text estimates to further work needing don is very helpful. The only thing lacking with Gearheads is the ability to do state inspections.

This was my first visit to GearHeads. They were easy to schedule an appointment with for an oil change /standard vehicle check. As well as rotate tires (a last minute add when I arrived). Shaun (technician) went over all he had checked and found a leaking rear shock. Which i am taking to the dealership for replacement under warranty. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would 100% recommend GearHeads in Jackson, MO.

By far the best customer service I have had at a shop, Thank You James and Zach. Had been without my car for 2 weeks, had trouble with a different shop that had it for over a week and never tried to do anything with it. Gearheads picked my car up for me, towed it to their shop, and had it running good all within the same day. Will absolutely get my future business and recommendations to everyone I know and I know a lot of people in the area. Thanks again!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They answered all my questions and were sympathetic to all of my needs and more than understanding and eager to work around my schedule. Would highly recommend them and have recommended them to several of my friends. Will definitely be back for all of my maintenance needs.
