I didn't visit the store this time but I needed a part and called to see if they had it in stock (tensioner pulley, not the entire tensioner) and, unfortunately, they did not. However, the person I talked to was extremely helpful, courteous, and gave absolutely no "superiority complex" attitude that is so common with parts store counter employees. Rather, he was just plain helpful, friendly, courteous, and made it so that if I was to need another part (which, of course, I will any day now...it's just the way it goes) I would have absolutely no feelings of dread or hesitation calling due to bad attitude parts store guys who often like to think of themselves as ASE Master Technicians because he was a hell of a nice guy who genuinely seemed to want to help. Always great customer service at Geauga Auto, as well as very knowledgeable staff. Great turnaround time if ordering parts, but usually have what you need in stock. Always at a great price! Definitely the best auto parts store around.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. If they don't have what I need and it's early in the day, they can usually get it by late afternoon, definitely by next morning. I stopped comparing prices with other parts stores and just call Geauga Auto. Not only are they the best price wise, but the folks there are the best.

A "REAL" Auto Parts Store! Unlike a lot of the other "Real Auto Part Stores" they don't squeeze every last penny out of your hand! 9/10 times they are either cheaper or within change of the big box stores! If you want air fresheners and trinkets to put on your grocery getter, stick with the big chain stores! But if you want the right QUALITY REAL parts & real parts people, then this is your place! Kinda like the "Cheers" of auto part stores! Plus you'll be supporting real local business, not board room Jockey's!
