NAPA Auto Parts

I didn't go to the store in person but I did need a difficult to find part that nobody seemed to have in stock (tensioner pulley, not the entire tensioner as it was only the pulley that was needed) but, unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock just like the other parts stores I called. However, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite, courteous, friendly, and helpful. One thing that absolutely makes my blood boil is parts store counter clerks having that "superiority complex", that attitude that makes you feel like an imbecile if you call a part a different name than what the technical part name may be or when they try telling you that you need a different part other than the one you went in for when they haven't even spent ½ second inspecting and diagnosing the proble

tl;dr The nastiest and least helpful store staff I have ever interacted with. I went in, on asking the cashier for a product to fix an issue with my turn signal he told me to take my car to the garage. Didn’t ask for any details, to take a look at it, anything, it could have been a burnt out light for all he knew. Aside from that, he was very snippy about me entering the store 8 minutes before it opened (the door was unlocked and I saw someone else walk in, I assumed it was open).

Helpful and fair prices. Better service than at Advanced Auto. Their hours make it difficult for most people who work to get there. I usually end up at O'Reilly Autoparts.

Counter sales person wasn't very happy. Ti know we all have rough days, but need to curb that when dealing with the public.

Always has what you need, and if they don't, they will find it. Always nice to have a place like this close to work and home.
