Gem Auto Service is now the Only Garage I will ever use again. Their Honesty and Integrity are Incredible. I recently had another Garage (in Colorado) tell me I needed a Lot of Expensive work done on my vehicle they gave me an outrageous quote for the work and I came home to Laramie and called a couple places for quotes on the work I was told I needed. Gem was about $500 less than the 1st place to start. So I took my vehicle in left it with them just to get a call from Jason telling me there was nothing wrong with Any of the parts I asked for and he ordered in. That there was a different part we should watch but I didn't need anything done right now. They could have easily just done the work i thought i needed and made a couple thousand dollars off me but he told me he couldn't in good con

10 years ago before reviews were a thing, my 4-Runner broke down off I-80 - the rear differential went out so I had it towed here. I paid them for the work they did but ultimately decided to sell the car to a buyer in Denver. When I arrived with the buyer to sell the car, he inspected it (he was a mechanic) and found that Gem had kept my rear differential. It was a Sunday morning and they were closed but I was able to get a hold of the GM on the phone, who lied to me and claimed that everything was put back. I inspected underneath myself and sure enough, no rear differential! The GM kept lying and refused to return it to me. I ended up having to lower the price of the sell because I needed to sell the car that day and we had all driven up from Denver. Looking back, I should have called the

Employees are always friendly. Once had to drop my car off for an oil change and to get a couple things checked out. They even gave me a ride back to work!

Jason and Mike are great at what the do. Have had repairs done a few times always on time and as predicted .

Took my truck in for an alignment, right off the bat the steering wheel isn’t straight going down the road, drove about a thousand miles and noticed my tires are cupping. Took it into a shop down south, no more cupping, steering wheel is now straight. Also wouldn’t recommend taking any vehicle with new paint/nice paint, noticed scratches after getting my truck back and new paint was blasted 3 days before going in to this shop.
