Gemba Automotive

This was my first experience with Gemba automotive. It was a very pleasant one. Apparently this shop in Chandler is a fairly new one. It seems to me like they have hired all the correct people. I worked with Eric and John for my automotive repair. Very friendly people. Answered any question I had with good knowledge. Eric went out of his way to get a hold of my warranty company for me. He got everything set up for me. He was even able to get me into the shop, the very next day. The friendliness, positivity, and go get him attitude, we'll definitely have me going back to this shop. For anybody, looking for a good transaction at an auto repair place. I highly recommend the Gemba automotive in chandler.

Excellent service. Great communication. 30 yr+ old Ford needed some diagnostic service for emissions and overall maintenance. Priority list of services suggested was provided. Assisted us with several items for no-charge. GM Scott was thorough but no pushy about critical items. Truly appreciated the care. Going back for sure.

Really solid shop. Brought my car in not knowing exactly what was wrong and they were straight with me from the start. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and good work.
