Tyson was able to fit me in at short notice, was exactly on time at the location we agreed to meet at for a chip repair. He fully explained the process and was clear about the fact that a chip repair is to prevent the damage from spreading further (as long as it's less than the size of a quarter) and depending on the chip type, it may still be visible, great to set expectations.
