GEMS COMPLETE AUTO CARE

These folks are absolutely incredible! They've taken care of me twice. The first time was when my vehicle's thermostat went out. They had it repaired in just a couple hours and even kept my truck for me until the next day so I could get a ride there. The second time was when my vehicle's brake line broke and I had to get my vehicle towed to their shop. They had my brake line replaced in less than 2 hours and also offered to keep my vehicle safe until the next morning when I could get a ride back to pick it up. And both times, they were honest, friendly, professional and their fees were generously fair. They are now my go-to auto repair shop. You can't go wrong taking your vehicle to Gem's!

I took my car here. They seemed like really great people I went for my AC or my heater leaking not exactly sure which one but also my heater not blowing out the vents pretty much stopped blowing. It did start blowing again and they did fix the blower motor, but it still is not blowing heat on my vents and it’s still leaking water all over my car. I’ve taken it in 5 to 7 times and each time they say they have fixed it. I go home and the next day my car is still doing the same problem. I dropped over $700 to get my car fixed just for it to continue to have the same problems. I asked them to also look at the front end of my car as I was getting multiple diagnosis done on it and it doesn’t seem like if anybody did as now I have sounds coming from my front end probably the struts the guy when I

Had temp sending unit go bad and air conditioning stop working while pulling a trailer cross country. Despite being quite busy they got us right in, fixed up, and back on the road within an hour (and without breaking the budget)! Good people with big hearts. Many, many thanks to the team at Gems! Highly recommend!

Thankful for the man working on 11/20/24 not only did he patch our spare tire (which had just been switched out for the one in the picture after hitting a nail) he also sold us a new spare with a rim and everything. He let us borrow his floor jack so we could change our travel trailer tire about 4 miles up the interstate. A true blessing of a man and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. All around thankful for our choice to stop here when everything went wrong on our travels.

Awesome service. I broke down outside of Clines Corners, got a tow to Gems and they got me right in to the shop and had my idler pully, belt, and tensioner fixed way faster than expected. Great guys down there at Gems!
