The people at RV Sales are awesome! I had a repair to my Grand Design and they repaired it in a very short time. The workmanship is outstanding. Very good job, excellent service.

We were leaving for the Grand Canyon, when we found out our Norcold refrigerator had quit, due to the ammonia leaking out. We called several dealers and found out it would take possibly days or weeks till we could get a new one. We spoke with Ralph and he immediately began researching if they could get one sooner or make some type of repair. The store owner Valerie walked in and after a short discussion with her father they went into their warehouse and found exactly what we needed to get back on the road. Knowing we were on a timeline they tested their unit confirming everything was working. After a few hours we were back in business. We were traveling from Roswell and during a stop noticed a portion of our underbelly came off at some point. Lucky for us RV Sales in Moriarty was just down the road. As a walk-in, they immediately assessed our rig, had the repair part on hand, and had us back on the road in short order. Highly recommend Valerie and her crew!

This is quite a place where the owner actually goes out of his way to help his customers. I stopped in because I was having a trailer brake problem on my truck, it was quite a busy time and he didn't hesitate. He brought his equipment and determined what the problem was quickly. He made some recommendations and I was back on the road. I would like to thank him and his staff and would highly recommend this business.
