He should try honesty!!! I was really counting on my sons first car purchase to be a good experience. Thank you Mr. Balmer, that didn't happen. I'm appalled that you take advantage of young adults! When my son purchased a vehicle, the check engine light was on, Gene assured him that he made the appropriate repairs, he didn't, he manually turned light off and low and behold, the light is back and the warranty has ended. My son called him today, he said sorry...You should have taken it to your local garage and had it checked! You're out of warranty! I hope you're proud of yourself Mr. Balmer! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER WILL WE DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AND YOU CAN BET THAT I WILL SHARE THIS STORY WITH THE WORLD!!!

Bought a 2014 altima from gene everything so far so good. A socket needed to be replaced in my tail light and he did with no hesitation. Due to covid u cant get in the dmv quick but they can get all your paperwork in fast with ease. So far I would recommend him his mechanic and daughter as a trustworthy set of people.
