Gene Messer Ford Amarillo Parts Center

This review is for my mom, would put negative stars but that is not an option, Gene Messer is her place of service for her cars as she has a Ford Bronco and a Ford Mustang she gets her services done here all the time, until this last visit she took her Bronco for an oil change and to ck air tire pressure, she was there for half an hr. ( not Bad at all) and she leaves and the next day she notices the air caps are gone not from one tire but from all 4, mind you this car is in the garage unless if used. Calls ford place they tell her they will get her squared and the person that took care of oil change never responded to why they were missing never gave a reason like nothing happened, a salesman offered to take them off of another Bronco that is the same year (2023) which they only made Bron

I contacted these folks because a part illustrated on eBay did not match the part number. I wanted them to clarify before making a purchase. After three messages they said they did not have the part for the part number, although they were listing the part on eBay. 6S4Z15266 A and 6S4Z15266 B are right/left per Ford catalog and I asked them why they were running the auction if they didn't have the part. They then told me to go to my local Ford dealer.

Broke down across the street in my peterbilt and Brandon Maddox at parts counter worked hours to help me get a chunk of radiator hose for my peterbilt and he pulled through 100% thankyou sir I'm back on the road and happy now I know a friendly face here in Amarillo 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Online parts "fordpartsboss" is a no go. After ordering online couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone, got hung up on after 40min hold and no response to emails. Had to call main desk to get a human. They did cancel my order and refund me but now I have to start all over after waiting a week.

Been dealing with Steve in parts for a while, he always finds what I need pretty quick.
