We drove 3 hours to pick up our travel trailer and couldn’t be more happy. It was actually nicer than the pictures showed. The price was reasonable for what we got. And the customer service was wonderful. Dave was informative and very helpful. Marty made the finance part painless and was very personable. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Had a great experience purchasing our toy hauler at General RV - North Canton, Ohio. Our salesperson Rusty was attentive and followed up with us. Marty in finance answered our questions and provided all our finance options. Bill Vaughn did our walkthrough and explained the features, options, maintenance and was honest on things we needed and how we should properly maintain our toy hauler. Everything is overwhelming at this point as we are new RV’ers but we will learn and have General RV there to help us along the way.

1st time RV purchaser, which can be overwhelming, but the team at General RV made the experience simple and smooth. Rusty, was my sales rep and he showed me the RVs I was interested in and another that he believed would fit my needs, he was not pushy, he was straight forward and helpful explaining pros and cons of the models I looked at. Jared and Marty were both great walking me through the finance part of the purchase, making sure I got what I needed without upselling things I did not. Robert in Parts got me set up with a brake controller unit for my vehicle so I will be safe on the road. Although this 2025 Coachman Catalina EPIC283 has been in the service dept at General RV about half as long as I've owned it, I Will have to say Alan in the service dept, is very dedicated to making sure his customers are totally happy. He is very conscientious and goes way above and beyond making sure things are done right. This camper (no fault of Gen RV has been the absolute WORST purchase of all the five campers I have owned over the years. I will NEVER purchase another Forest River product as long as I live. They are ABSOLUTE JUNK!

I want to give an employee a huge shoutout! Robert Beavers in the parts department is top notch! We went in looking for parts for our fifth wheel. We knew what we wanted but didn’t think we had the specific measurements once we got to looking. He went above and beyond contacting the manufacturer then the seller of the equipment to ensure we would get exactly what we needed. We communicated via email ensuring measurements were correct and he got them ordered for us. Then the parts came in. The packaging was in shambles and we had no idea if anything was missing and one of the pieces appeared damaged. We refused the package an d again, he didn’t hesitate.
