The installation crew was very professional and efficient. I was a contractor all my life so this was very important to me. The sales staff also made everything very easy and was very knowledgeable. I don’t like giving references, but I would refer them.

Very happy with our new Generac. Haven’t used it yet and hopefully not anytime soon either. Dan and his team were very easy to deal with and answered all my questions when they came up. Ava and Wendy were amazing to work with as well. The install team was also very professional and did a great job installing the generator.

I cannot say enough about the crew who installed my generator. They were fantastic and worked so well together. Everyone was mocking along and the install did not take as long as I thought. I highly recommend them for any install. My sales rep Dan was also helpful and kept me posted on my job and when I stall could happen Very happy and great experience with this team!!!

I had a battery issue and contacted Generator Supercenter about the issue and the service was amazing. They were at our home within a day and resolved the problem. They followed up to see if we were satisfied. We highly recommend this dealer for sales and service. Customer service is terrific.

Very professional outfit. Timely on installation and installers were very courteous and hard working. They installed on an overcast rainy day and were very respectful and mindful about keeping our home clean. When the city inspector came to check the work out a week later he commented “It is nice to see good work”. Would recommend them for their professionalism and integrity. 4/5/2025. Had a power outage for 4.5 hours. Everything worked fine and we were glad to see the unit at work putting our minds at ease. Well worth it.
