Another great experience getting my vehicle worked on at Gene's Brake & Alignment. Paul went above and beyond with quality work at a great price. He made it too easy for me. We are lucky to have this business and can go here for great exhaust work, as well as many other services!

Honest reliable friendly team of mechanics there at Gene’s. Took my truck in cause jiffy lube tells me my breaks are shot need replaced immediately. Most companies would agree take your money and change the brakes. But this honest company showed me the breaks were well over 50% good but could use a rotor turn I agreed they turned the rotors and I continued service with them the next week brought in my car for services. Thanks team. see you in the summer for follow up inspections.

I brought my Toyota Tacoma 2005 to have a universal catalytic converter installed. They had it fixed in under ninety minutes! I am so impressed with their work and so happy my truck is working right. I've been to Midas many times with the same problem, but they were horrible. Clint Newell was also horrible. Both of those guys just looking to rip people off. But for those out there who need your vehicle serviced right...take it to Gene's Brake and Alignment Shop on Diamond Lake Blvd. Those guys treat you right! Awesome work guys!

They are great!! I went to them a few years ago thinking my brakes were bad. At that time, they checked them and said they were good. I went last week because my brakes would vibrate when I applied them. Being a woman, I'm always afraid I'm going to be taken advantage of. But they said some things can wait but I decided to get my brakes done. They were done quick and was very pleased with price. I would definitely tell anyone to give Gene's a try. Great customer service and price.

I was stuck in Roseburg on the last leg of a cross country trip with some brake issues. Gene didn't have availability to get me in expediently (as he's the best in town), but regardless, he spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me; listened to my problem and gave me solid advice on how to fix the issue myself. What a gentleman and a scholar!
