i wouldnt recommend going here. i only was supposed to get one thing fixed , these people are so disrespectful and instead of them telling me before getting my key that i would have to pay $45 just to look at it , she waited till after they added up everything ( which was $1,000 more) and wouldnt fix my car or even give me my key !! i prefer a body shop not them !

Be careful how much they charge you for labor. When I told the lady at the front desk that they overcharged me for labor, her remark was" Were we not supposed to charge you that much". If you only worked on my car for 1:25 minutes why would you charge me for 3 hrs?

Horrible service was super charged seriously . I asked for a mount and balance on my own tires . They tired to charge me 214.00 dollars which is insane I ask for a reason why had the quote changed she says they now charge 50 dollars a tire to mount and balance . I decline there services drove across town and got the job done for as low as 149.00 like seriously . Don’t recommend should be more fair and honest with each customer

Genes tire in Natchez Mississippi has friendly and knowledgeable staff and James the guy in the shop that worked on my vehicle was very nice and took the time out to let me know exactly what needed to be done and was really went out his way to help me, also he called me when I made home in Tennessee just to make sure we were safe!! We love ya James!!!!

I own a 2022 Volkswagen Passat every other services shop wanted $150.00 for an oil change Gene's Tire only charge mi $67.00 and some change. Can't beat it
