I went to Genesis because my steering was vibrating. I got welcomed nicely while my vehicle was taking to the garage for inspection. Everyone that came in actually greeted me and were really nice. After the inspection, I was told nothing was wrong with my transmission or anything major but my tire and alignment. They were right and I am grateful for them. I will definitely go back. For the record, I did not get charged by these guys despite them taking their time to diagnose my vehicle. Thank you again Genesis.

Genesis Auto is a great shop. I took my newly purchased car to check out an oil leak. They walked me through the whole diagnostic process and answered every question I had. They also checked the rest of the car to make sure it was fit as a fiddle. The mechanics here are thorough, trustworthy, and kind. I highly recommend.

Had a good experience, Johnny was very professional and helpful. I just came in for an alignment and diagnosis, and they were able to show me what I needed done in 20 mins! A quick in and out!! Will definitely be coming again , you can trust these guys!.

I wasn't going to leave a review at first cause I thought these guys genuinely tried to help. I knew my car was a lemon and had a difficult issue. I had a check engine light that needed to be properly diagnosed. They 'repaired' the purge valve, and I thought that would've been the end of it until the check engine light came back on. I went to Autozone that day and saw it was for the same thing: purge valve. I called them again, they said I needed to bring it back and they would fix it. But after I returned it and got my car back it had the same check engine light on. I did end up calling them again about it but something in me told me to cut ties with this shop. Firstly, I didn't like how the guy I was on the phone with didn't let me to talk for more than a second. Talked in circles about

First timer here, and the transparency was unexpected. No trying to get me to pay for things I didn’t need, wanted me to get things done efficiently and cheap as possible. That’s complete opposite to what I’m used to at dealerships around here. I don’t remember his name, but the guy who helped me was great and super cool about everything. Will definitely be going back in the future and recommending to everyone I know that needs work done.
