If you appreciate being overcharged and treated disrespectfully, this establishment may be suitable for you. They appear to adjust prices at their discretion. When I inquired about an overcharge with the owner, he attributed it to an employee's lack of knowledge. Furthermore, the owner exhibits a lack of professionalism, which makes me question why customers would choose to return.

I heard a lot of people told me they rip off their customers but I got my car fixed here because their business hour is longer than others and they're located in Northern blvd which is very convenient. BUT, I'm telling you if you don't want to waste your money, you'd better go somewhere else who is honest and knows what they do. Do not be cheated. Save your money.

Genesis is the best mechanic shop I’ve been to for about 10 years now. I always get the great service there. David and his staff know exactly what to do with my cars. They are honest, professional, and nice. Everything is reasonably priced and they do great work. I truly appreciate Genesis for servicing my family’s cars.

I went in for a NYS inspection today. I knew my tires and brake also needed to be checked from my previous inspection. They indeed told me that these needed to be replaced and recommended good tire choices. The maintenance was conducted under my consent. The owner was very cut to the chase and explained the bill in detail. And the technicians were very good and skilled. My car felt so much smoother! Quick & accurate services.
