I bought a used Genesis GV80 here and love the SUV but despised the buying experience. I spent hours upon hours trying to make a purchase and eventually did. To this day, I have no idea why it took so long and they barely even budged on the purchase price so it was just an overall horrible experience. This dealership will fulfill all the stereotypes of a classic outdated and frustrating used car buying process. Well, I returned here for service thinking it must be better than the buying experience. Unfortunately, I was wrong 😑 as it was equally as horrible. Purchased a Genesis GV80 and the entire experience was seamless. Shoutout to my salesman Sal and the Finance director James. They were extremely polite, helpful and made this process easy to upgrade from my beloved GV70 V6 Sport Prestige to my new GV80 V6 Prestige.

Outstanding purchase experience this past week. Via email, I asked for and received a competitive itemized out the door price for the model and trim we wanted prior to coming in for a test drive. They didn’t have the color combination we thought we wanted on the lot, but acquired it from another dealer prior to our appointment for the test drive. We liked the test drive, but decided we didn’t like the color combination. We saw a color combination for a different model on the showroom floor and they immediately searched and found exactly what we were looking for at another dealer. They honored the same pricing that we received via email, and gave us a competitive offer for our trade-in without haggling, and immediately arranged to get that car. We completed the paperwork and came back later

There is a significant issue with how this dealership schedules and triages shop work. I scheduled an appointment over the phone for a specific diagnostic to be done to my vehicle. The AI agent that handled my call confirmed the specific diagnostics I needed and scheduled me. I got confirmation by text and email for the appointment time and reason. I get to the dealership at 7AM, and I’m the first and only customer at the door. I check into my appointment and tell them the specific engine code that I’m getting and request that they do a specific diagnostic as stated in the scheduled appointment. They tell me they can and that it will take most of the morning. I tell them that’s fine as long as they can get me some diagnostic info. 3 hours later, I get a text from the service assistant s
