Genesis of Lindon is a super honest and reputable place to take your Genesis. They recently serviced my Genesis GV70 and went above and beyond. Not only was my vehicle serviced perfectly, but it was also cleaned afterward. What really stood out to me was their integrity — they found my debit card under my car seat and made sure it was returned, and I also had an envelope with a significant amount of cash in my door pocket that was completely left untouched. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. My service advisor, John Black, was great to work with and provided clear, transparent communication throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated. Great experience. Beautiful facility, good coffee and snacks. Drop off and pickup were quick, I was kept informed through text every step of my service, and they had multiple options for getting back home- concierge, loaner, or complementary Uber. Service was done hours earlier than I expected! Special call out to Mike in service for his helpfulness and friendliness!

Staff was friendly, but not in any hurry to get the work done. I was told that it should take 45 minutes or so to complete the recall update. In all, it took 2.5 hours.
