Genesis Truck And Trailer Sales

Bought a 2022 Manac trailer for $39k. According to dealer all was inspected and dot ready to hit the road. 2nd week driving trailer it caught fire, and the whole front axle had to be replaced, I was out of service for 4 days because of this, and had to spend another $3.1k to fix it. Truck was loaded, delayed shipment… It cost $3.1k because axle was replaced for a used 2002 one. Dealer said I caused the problem and refused to speak to me or do the right thing and reimburse me for the repair. Be aware.. Stay away!

Please be very careful when buying a truck here what a headache. Purchase the truck back in 2021 around November flew down to pick up the 2015 Freightliner Cascadia with my mechanic. We test drove the whole truck ran good we notice they never did the PM on the truck told us to get the PM done near by at TA truck stop we will reimburse you. We went to TA they had no availability what’s so ever we drove done to Massachusetts took the truck to get a whole PM done got it done drive to the yard the next day went to start it wouldn’t start at all had to get my truck towed over to a shop to see what’s wrong and it was a failing oil tube etc and other things. They gave me a hard time I didn’t want the truck at this point went back and forth for about 4 months with them they didn’t care what’s so e
