When I delivered here the other day, I saw the forklift and thought, " this should be fast". I was wrong. They took almost 3 hours. They don't even take this long at Elkhart and the unload by hand. Terrible

What a great service experience I had with Pomps Tire in Dupo, Illinois. As soon as I walked in as a customer, I felt appreciated big thanks to Danny what a great guy he made everything simple and easy got in and out in about an hour And the lady at the service desk was amazing too. thanks again from blue Kenworth Skyline
My point of view as an over-the-road trucker. I called the day before while I was running asked if I could overnight they said yes ...just park back out the way from docks. In the morning around 07:00, I took my bills into the front office where it says shipping and receiving. They assigned me to a dock...started to unload me around 07:30. Took around an hour and a half to unload me it was fully loaded with tires. The only problem I had was the person unloading me was new, and didn't know he had to count the material and sign my paperwork....we got it figured out. Plenty of room to turn around and navigate shouldn't be a problem for a beginner. Everybody was kind and helpful... easy-going atmosphere
6/9/22 Truck drivers who deliver tires: FCFS receiving 7-10am. Unloading time 1 hour. You can park overnight.
