One of the best HD dealers my husband and I have come across in our travels! The place was such a vibe and the owner was the sweetest woman! They had a lot of variety for merchandise which is always a bonus and it DEFINITELY helped that Maggie the pup was wandering around to help us shop! If we lived in the area, this would be our go-to dealer! If you are in the area, you MUST stop in!

I have been to this dealer many times and have experienced great service with a friendly staff. That being said this last time I visited, as I walked into the door one of the employees German Sheppard ran up jumped and bit me on my arm. I played it off as it was no big deal as the owner said “shes been very playful today sorry”.. playful or not no one wants to get bit by a dog when visiting a dealer, I love dogs and all pets and generally enjoy seeing them at places of service. But when the dog is not controllable and leaves marks on the customers it’s an issue. As for the service and products and the store itself it’s great I always go here. But the dog needs to be trained or not at the store. Had it been my son with me it would have not been good. Please train the dog or be more careful

My son loves motorcycles. I was hesitant to bring him because he’s two but they showed so much love and made him so comfortable even let him sit on the Harley Davidson of his lil dreams

Alan and staff were great to deal with in buying our 23 Ultra Limited and then a month later buying our trade-in back. Great people. I do recommend stopping here.

I was resently in Himrod NY when I noticed a nail in my rear tire. I reached out to the dealer and let them know I'd be towed in sometime that day. My roadside failed me leaving me stranded. I spoke to Karina at HD and made her aware of the situation. Near the close of day she called me back and stated she was sending me a tow so I could get a tire. GENEVA HARLEY DAVIDSON went above and beyond to get me going. Thank you so much for the great service and care. Hugh shout out to "Grandma" and to the tech for getting me back on the road. You are a godsend
