Such a beautiful job on my 2020 Honda Civic Sport. I was so bummed when my entire front fender bumper was being held up by zip ties, and over the years of use the back plastic parts of this car were super cracked. It made me view my baby as a dumper. But after today, when I picked it up, I didn’t even recognize it at first. These guys at Genuine in San Tan went crazy, and made my car look brand new once again, and even pulled a small dent out for the door sensor to operate again. If you are looking to have then possible do work on your vehicle, make sure you are aware of their processes. First, let me state I never signed ANY documents with Genuine Collision. I had my vehicle brought in for an insurance repair estimate and helped them get through to the correct contacts to make sure their quote was accepted. While in the midst of this, I inquired about bringing the vehicle back to my home if it was in the way. I was assured it was not. After insurance dragging this on for a few months, it was determined a total loss and I was awarded the vehicle to do with as I please. Genuine Collision did not honor this, stating now I owed over $7,000 in storage fees ($11,000 inflated insurance storage cost.) Was recommended to use GCC for the repair of my Honda. I think I will look elsewhere if I need repairs in the future. Pros: The paint quality seems ok and matches the original areas that weren't damaged. The timeline pretty much aligned to their original estimate. They handled all the interaction with Gieco. Cons: The paint needed a small touch-up when I arrived to pick up the car. It was small but obvious. The fog light was not attached. They fixed it quickly while I waited. Upon a detailed inspection at home, the quick fog light fix left some fasteners and wire clips incorrectly attached. Some push fasteners were missing. One trim area was not aligned properly.
