FRAUD DEALER DO NOT RECOMMEND! Bought a qx60 he said only needed brakes, rotors, and detail done. Ends up having an electrical issue and I can’t pass inspection. Takes my car to “fix it” while I paid for a rental out of pocket. Take my car back and it’s worse than it was when I left it. Then after bothering him he gets me a rental that he told me would be ready at 12pm for me to sit and wait for it not be ready til 4pm. Then tells me to bring rental back 2 days later and we will reschedule again cause shop can’t take my car. Go to pick up my car and he left it parked on Chelmsford street with my doors unlocked and my car ransacked. He calls the cops when we went to his dealer to speak to him and he hides in his car. EASY WAY OUT OF FIXING MY CAR.. SEE U IN COURT

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. I purchased a car from him yesterday and paid the full amount in cash. Before buying, he promised to fix a few repairs and asked me to come back the next day. Since then, I have been trying to contact him multiple times, but he has not been responding to my calls. He is also holding onto the car title and has not given it to me even after taking the full payment. This situation has caused me a lot of stress, and I feel misled by the false promises. I’m sharing my experience so others can be cautious and avoid going through a similar issue. I hope he takes responsibility and resolves this matter as soon as possible

I bought a car from this guy 2 weeks ago cash, while in the process he was so friendly and answered the phone every time even if it was early morning,he even went to Stoneham to get the rest of the money and then the nightmare started: we would give me hard time with the title making excuses here and there after 3 days he finally appeared with the title but a week later the air conditioning system broke down and the repair will cost 900 hundred, I called him and he asked what the problem was, once he found out he never answered the phone again, I told him to either pay for the repair or give my money back. I tried for 4 days to get an answer but it didn't happen, I texted him and said I was going to file a claim at Lowell district court and he thinks I am joking....am on my way.... keep yo
