George Coleman Ford was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during my latest purchase. My vehicle was totaled, and I was in the market to replace it as quickly as possible, but I had some very specific needs. GCF had the vehicle in stock, and worked one-on-one with me to get it home within a week. Throughout the entire process—car buying is always nerve-wracking—they were kind, friendly, extremely responsive to my questions, and easy to work with. Our history with cars is, if it’s in the same decade, it’s new. Anyway, three cars already with birthdays in a couple decades previous (two of which begged for retirement) and we find ourselves needing an upgrade, immediately. Long story short, some online shopping netted a few options worth checking out, the best one being at George Coleman’s dealership. Chase, Tommy, and Gerald each having a role took our concerns to heart, listening and checking numbers to get us a good deal. Transferring items from paperwork to vehicle was a smooth process, (the longest being the financial end due to the myriad of checks and balances, but that’s a given anyway) and once done with the service department doing a final gas up and wipe down, and given reassurances that if we have any issues or concerns to

After my recent oil change, tire rotation, and fuel‑filter service, the technician failed to fully reattach the fuel line. As a result, my truck broke down in the middle of a busy intersection and was spraying diesel throughout the engine bay. I had to push an 8,000‑lb truck out of heavy traffic and then wait nearly two hours for a tow back to the dealership. When I arrived, the issue was quickly corrected, but I was met with a casual “mistakes happen.” I understand that mistakes do happen, but a failure of this magnitude—one that created a serious safety hazard—should have resulted in an immediate full refund.
