I have had my 2023 Ford Explorer for over 3 wks now, and I must say I am very happy with the vehicle. My experience with George Coleman Ford was one of the best experiences. Highly recommend going and seeing Nate Marcionette when making next vehicle purchase, he definitely will make you feel at home and like part of the family.

After my recent oil change, tire rotation, and fuel‑filter service, the technician failed to fully reattach the fuel line. As a result, my truck broke down in the middle of a busy intersection and was spraying diesel throughout the engine bay. I had to push an 8,000‑lb truck out of heavy traffic and then wait nearly two hours for a tow back to the dealership. When I arrived, the issue was quickly corrected, but I was met with a casual “mistakes happen.” I understand that mistakes do happen, but a failure of this magnitude—one that created a serious safety hazard—should have resulted in an immediate full refund.
