I am very pleased with my experience. Their communication during the whole process was excellent and very accommodating. They were honest and said they wouldn’t be able to look at the car until the next day (I dropped it off on Thursday afternoon). After that, they looked at my car and determined I needed new front and rear brakes. The process was very quick and I got the car before the weekend. The price was very fair which made me feel good considering I was new to the area. Another side note: Josh was very courteous on the phone. Thank you again.

The Travelers Rest Auto team are the best!!! I took my Jeep to them based on top reviews on the Jeep Forum and they certainly lived up to the high reviews. Super knowledgeable, kind, courteous and extremely fair on prices that that charge for their service. I will take all of my cars to them now and wish I had known about rhem sooner. John and the guys at TR Auto are outstanding! Great service, quality work and very reasonable on pricing as I've had several different brands of cars in their shop at one time or another. Very friendly and upfront about the problem/issue and what it'll take to get it handled. Also timely on their work and prompt when they give you an estimate of when it can be completed. Don't hesitate on taking your vehicle into TR - you will be very satisfied! Thank you guys for having a quality service facility right here in TR.
