While the staff here is both friendly and professional, this wouldn’t be my first choice for car repairs. The prices are steep—labor alone is $200 an hour, which is nearly double what most other shops charge. On the positive note, if you need to leave your car for the day, they’ll arrange and pay for an Uber to get you to and from home, which I truly appreciated. Overall, this shop caters more to customers who prefer dealership service and aren’t concerned about cost. If you’re simply looking for quality repairs at a fair price, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Absolutely would only recommend George Moore for anyone looking for a Chevy. My family has bought from them for years. I bought a car yesterday and was helped by Kai. He was very attentive and professional. Caleb from finance was also wonderful.

Please do not get your car serviced here. At the end of January, I had $2,200 of work done (replacing gaskets for the engine) on my Chevy Cruze by George Moore Chevy. I thought the price was a little steep but figured it was worth it to get it done properly by the dealership. When I got my car back, I drove it locally short distances for a few weeks. My fiancé and I traveled up to North Carolina Valentine's weekend in my Chevy. We made it outside of Columbia before my car started alarming that there was no oil left. When I opened the hood, there was oil all over including my front tires. It was clear I could not drive the car. We called George Moore and they said they would look at it "if we got the car to them." We were four hours away and a tow would cost 3k. We ended up getting it towed

My experience at this Chevrolet location has been incredibly upsetting. I never imagined that buying a brand-new car , less than six months old , would turn into such a stressful and exhausting situation. I’ve already had to bring my car to the dealership twice, losing precious time that I should be spending living my life, not dealing with issues on a new vehicle.
