I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Georgetown Interstate Transmission and Auto Repair. I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in after the service oil light came on and the vehicle began smoking and making a clunking sound. The vehicle would not restart and had to be towed in. I was told they would diagnose the issue and repair the oil leak. After their inspection, they recommended replacing the oil filter housing assembly, oil cooler, sensors, intake manifold gasket set, coolant, oil, and other related components. I approved the repairs based on their professional recommendation and paid nearly $3,000 in total. After completing the work and taking my money, I am now being told that the engine may have severe damage and that they may not be able to fix the vehicle after all. This w

I always dred needing to go to any vehicle repair business because I always feel you do not get an honest answer on the problem. The people at this shop are very honest. They do not say you need more work done so they can make an extra buck. They take their time and make sure all your questions are answered and truly want to help each customer and treat each customer as if you are a family member. Definitely my go to shop.

I read the good reviews about Georgetown Interstate Transmission, and decided to have my car repaired there. I was extremely pleased with the service they provided. They kept me informed of the work that was needed, and the cost. I only paid 20 percent of what the dealership had quoted. And they did a fantastic job.
