I just purchased a 24 VW Jetta and had a great experience. I did read some of the negative reviews and I don’t understand what some people are expecting. If you’re looking for spotless vehicles with extended warranties and a pristine showroom go to carmax or a franchise dealership - you will pay thousands more for that experience. This ain’t that kinda place. This is a small family operation that sells used cars. I was surprised at the good number of nice looking vehicles as I walked around the lot. The staff was very friendly and upfront about any issues the cars I was looking at had. They provide a free carfax and aren’t trying to hide anything. There was no pressure or tricks. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. My experience has been extremely disappointing, costly, and stressful, and I want to prevent others from going through the same situation. From the very first week of owning the vehicle, I began having major issues. Just days after purchase, I received the “Shift to Park” error message even though the car was already in park. This malfunction prevented me from turning off the vehicle and created an immediate safety concern. Shortly afterward, my check engine light began turning on and off due to pre-existing issues. Travelled from Minnesota to look at several Cayennes at different locations. I had chatted with Georgia Auto Dealer several times in preparation for our trip. I was assured the one they had was a beautiful choice, everything operational, and had passed emissions. Saw a few elsewhere, then really wanted to check out the one they had as it had all of the options we were looking for and we had been assured all was good. N Hopped in the Cayenne and immediately noted that the warning lights on the dash were flashing messages such as “check right marker light”, “check left marker light”, the airbag light was on, needed brake pads and the rotors were rather dug in. Much more professional than I gave initial credit for. Jack and Alicia are special, very responsive, detail oriented, and followed up during every step of my purchase process. I received my car better than pictured because they detailed and serviced it before shipping it to me. I bought the Audi RS5 and it's in great condition so far. All legitimate business here folks, they sent me pictures, videos, and even FaceTime me to do a drive along. I'd recommend anyone to their business. Oh and I forgot to tell you the best part of all......THEY SOLD THE CAR TO ME AT A CRAZY DEAL PRICE, BETTER THAN ANY CAR LOT, WITHOUT ALL THE ADDED TRICKS TO JACK THE PRICE UP.
